A Chinese citizen was arrested by federal authorities in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Dai Zhensong had to go before Federal Magistrate Court Judge Bill Carter on Tuesday and remained in custody. Customs Officials say that Zhensong is one of the owners of an auto parts manufacturer in China.
